Weekly Update + Sweaters

The weather has been so incredible this week! I know most of country is freezing and I want to be mindful of that, so I’ve included sweaters you can layer under your winter coats and SWEATERS perfect for our version of winter in California.

WHAT’S UP THIS WEEK

AVERY- 1st week of Field Hockey, this is Avery’s 3rd year playing for her school team. Trying to play catch up on homework, but currently standing next to me with her friend Sloane trying to get me to hurry and finish this so I can drop them off at the mall. I’ve yet to tell her we are hanging out as a family today.. UPDATE: we compromised. She’s at the mall with her friends and has to be home by 2:30 for family time.

POPPY – also her 1st week of Field Hockey, but her 1st year playing. Yesterday the girls went whale watching in San Diego. Poppy said it was so cool! We shot some teen style posts this week with Avery and Poppy. They turned out super cute!

GOLDIE – we are trying to figure out what activity Goldie wants to get back into: dance or skateboarding? I’m sure most of you are thinking let her do both, but that doesn’t work for Goldie. She has a one track mind and does better when she is in one activity. I’m thinking she takes dance and then just continues to go to the skatepark once a week for fun and can skate outside with friends?

OZZY- I love that I can tell Ozzy is significantly happier when her sisters are home. She doesn’t stop smiling crawling from one sister to the other. She went to her 9 month checkup this week. She’s a long and lean baby, that’s for sure. She’s loving bananas, avocados and cheerios.
