I think I may be one of the few women who don’t wear eyelash extensions or false lashes. I am allergic to lash glue. Growing up my mom used several Avon products. My sisters and I loved getting into her makeup bag, trying on all the lipsticks. Another Avon product I discovered through my mom is MOISTURE THERAPY. why does disclaimer say you cannot use the eyelash serum on your bottom lashes? I’ve called Avon and they cannot give me an answer.
Because when you apply to your upper lashes it naturally may transfer to your lower as you blink. When you apply to your lower it may naturally transfer to your face. You don’t want to grow hair on your face. 🙂
