Living by the beach has a lot of perks. Besides the obvious: the view, perfect temperatures, listening to the waves crash and spending the entire day in swimsuits covered in sand. Fall and winter at the beach mean bonfires and tinfoil dinners! I honestly love a good tinfoil dinner and kinda dread taking 4 kids camping, so dinner at the beach as a family is perfect for me!

CAMPFIRE DINNERS:
TACO TINFOIL DINNERS- Makes 6 Tinfoil Dinners
2 lbs of ground beef. I don’t buy my normal 96% lean beef for these. You need some fat to keep the meat moist. I do a 85/15 from TRADER JOE’S
2 cans of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large white onion, chopped
1 can of diced green chili’s
3 bell peppers sliced thin
1 packet taco seasoning
+ Mix together ground beef, green chili’s and taco seasoning.
+ Spray tinfoil with cooking spray. Divide the rest of your ingredients and layer into all 6 foil packs.
+ Fold securely
++ Cook over campire for 20-25 mins turning every few minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce, salsa, cheese, PROTEIN GUACAMOLE, cilantro, tortilla chips. Any topping you like!
CAMPFIRE WAFFLE CONE DESSERT
+ Waffle Cones
+Marshmallows
+Chocolate Candies
+Fresh Fruit (optional)
+Caramel
++ Think of this as a great alternative to a s’more. Fill cone with anything you’d like. Wrap in foil and place in the campfire for 2-3 minutes to just melt everything together! So simple! These can also be made at home in your oven. 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Hi Lisa! Do you feel Ozzy’s hat runs true to size? It’s so cute!!
Hi! Yes, I do. She’s in a 24 month size and it’s a tad big on her, which I thought it might be. It’s adorable
