Fitness has been part of my life since I was little. I grew up with my sisters creating water aerobic routines in our backyard pool and then we’d follow up with our moms Jazzercise videos (hello grapevine). I played tennis, ran track and then in the 8th grade I took weight training as my elective. It was then I realized just how much I loved learning about health and wellness! By the time I finished high school, I had a gym membership and understood how fun it is to wear new workout gear! Today I partnered with Nordstrom to share some of my favorite pieces I wear in and out of the gym! I love that Nordstrom carries such a wide variety of brands, I can find something for myself and each of my family members within a few minutes.
The TANK I wear most in and out of the gym is this FREE PEOPLE TANK. I have this tank in several colors. It’s so easy to workout in! I also wear this tank under jackets/cardigans and over my swimsuit. I love it! Paired today with the best BLACK LEGGINGS, a great SPORT BRA and my newest pair of ADIDAS (Goldie calls these my Spider-man shoes).
