 do you know the correct order of applying your nighttime products? Always think the thinnest products go on first. Here is the proper order with links to some of my favorite products:
Double Cleanse: PURITY WASH, CLEANSING BALM
Retinol(2-3x a week): Dr. ZOE, DERMALOGICA, ROC, Ole RETIN-ALT 
Eye Cream: AGE EYE COMPLEX

Do you have a butcher block, real wood table top or wooden cutting board you love, but they look dull and filled with scratches? The best way to care for them to sand them with a fine grit sandpaper and then use FOOD GRADE mineral oil to treat them! If you don’t want to sand them, still use food grade mineral oil, apply it liberally, let it sit for 20 minutes then wipe off with a soft dry cloth. This will sanitize and moisturize the wood you have in your kitchen.

My kids think this is so annoying, but anytime I use the microwave I run in place for as long as the microwave is going. If it’s less than one minute I do high knee’s or jumping jacks. Try it!
