Use your DRY SHAMPOO at night before bed instead of in the morning. This way the dry shampoo absorbs any oils while you sleep and you wake up with extra fresh hair. I have several dry shampoos I swear by: DRY BAR(smells divine) – DOVE Volume – GLAMSQUAD – BIGSEXY – KENRA
When working out, if you are prone to breakouts wipe a salicylic acid pad on your face. The ingredients help exfoliate, clear pores and prevent oil from getting trapped. Try these BLEMISH CONTROL PADS.
Have lots of baby hair flyaways on your part? Two ways to help eliminate the fuzzy head: take a dryer sheet and swipe down on your hair, root to ends OR what I more commonly do is take a toothbrush dedicated to my hair/eyebrows then spray it with hairspray and comb the flyaways down.
So many of your workout at home with limited time to get ready. Once a week add a REPAIR MASK to your hair then either wrap into a bun or braid your hair. Let the mask sit while you work out. The heat from your body with help the mask penetrate. My 2 favorite hair masks: IT’S A10 – KERASTASE
To fake a longer ponytail divide your hair into 2 ponytails: one with hair secured about the ears and the other at the nape of your neck. The top ponytail falls over the bottom hiding the CLEARELASTIC giving the illusion of a longer ponytail.
If you don’t have time to curl your hair, spray BEACH SPRAY all over your hair then wrap in two princess Leia buns on the side of your head and blast a hair dryer on each bun for 2 mins. Let cool completely then unwrap your buns. Tip: twist your hair away from your face when putting into buns.
If your lashes don’t easily curl, add some heat from your hairdryer to your LASH CURLER for 10-15 seconds.
Apply Vaseline or Aquaphor to your pulse points before spraying your perfume. This will help the scent last longer!
If you have an old curling iron or don’t want to invest in a wand, just grab a screwdriver and take the clamp off. There you go…a wand! I’ve never been good with a clamp iron and did this about 15 years ago. Works so so well!
Tweeze your brows in the car (car parking, obviously) The natural light allows you to see every little hair you’d miss with bathroom lighting.
Last year I started to notice fine lines around my lips. Age and straws have contributed to this. The area around your lips is delicate just like the area around your eyes. Use your EYECREAM around your mouth to help fine lines.
Skip the expensive body scrubs and grab a bag of coconut sugar from your local market. I get mine at Sprouts. Sometimes Costco carries it. Your body will feel so smooth and soft after!
It’s been said Kim Kardashian uses Preparation H under her eyes to get rid of any puffiness. Have you tried it?
After curling your hair, let your hair COMPLETELY cool before brushing or finger combing the curls.
I don’t wear eyeshadow, ever. I do however blend my CONCEALER onto my lids to coverup any discoloration and blend into the rest of my skin.
Order some beauty SPATULAS to scrape out the remaining product from bottles and tubes. Tip: if you can’t open the tube, cut the bottom off. I guarantee you have about a week’s worth of product left over!
Most facial masks tell you to keep on for 10-30 minutes. When it comes to a HYDRATING/MOISTURE mask, you can sleep in them all night long. If it’s colored, lay a hand towel across your pillow.
I using a HAIR OIL always take what’s leftover on your hands and use to moisturize your arms or legs.
You know I let my hair air dry 99.99999% of the time. Usually I will brush it straight and then not touch it until is completely dry. When I want it to have some bend around my face, I will part it down the middle, brush it straight and then tuck my hair behind my ears and let it totally air dry. Once it’s 100% dry you’ll have a nice beach bend to your hair. That’s it!
