Good Morning! You guys, how on earth is Christmas in FIVE days? It’s blowing my mind.
I learned to make this easy protein fudge back when I lived in Arizona from my then neighbor, Heidi Powell. This recipe is SO simple and great to have on hand. Plus, it’s only 4 ingredients, that’s it! Also makes a great treat to bring to any holiday party or at least pack a couple of pieces for yourself to avoid indulging in all the sugary treats.
INGREDIENTS
1 16 oz Jar Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 1/4 Cup Natural Honey
2 scoops 100% Chocolate Protein Powder
3 Cups Gluten-Free Oats
DIRECTIONS
Heat peanut butter in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Stir in honey.
Mix in protein powder.
Combine oats with peanut butter mixture.
Spread evenly in 9×13″ pan, and refrigerate for at least an hour, or freeze. I prefer frozen.
Cut into 1 1/2″ squares, and enjoy!
Tip: if you want to add a little something to these, sprinkle with just a touch of sea salt. AMAZING!
Each 1 1/2″ fudge square has: 110 calories, 5 grams of fat, 12.5 grams of carbs, 1.1 grams of fiber, and 5.5 grams of protein.
Give them a try and let me know what you think!

Don’t really like food blogs so I’m using a burner email address BUT … excellent snack and recipe. Used it today … delicious. Very expensive since I had none of the items and now I have all this chocolate protein powder, but worth it. I think salt would be a good addition for contrast as you mention, but I remembered too late. Thank you.
